Mark Kelly, who formed Americans for Responsible Solutions with former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords to push for new gun regulations, argued Sunday that filling out paperwork for a background check is not burdensome.
During an appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” Kelly said that it took him 5 minutes 36 seconds to fill out the necessary form.
Kelly also stressed public opinion polls showing that the vast majority of Americans, including National Rifle Association members, support a universal background check system.
