Leahy And LaPierre Spar Over Background Checks (VIDEO)

Wayne LaPierre, executive vice president of the National Rifle Association, on Jan. 30, 2013, arrives to testify before a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in Hart Building entitled "What Should America Do About Gun Violence?"

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Patrick Leahy (D-VT) sparred with National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre during a committee hearing on gun violence Wednesday over LaPierre’s position on background checks at gun shows.
