Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Friday it’s up to President Obama to strike a deal to avert the fiscal cliff that can get through the Congress. “This isn’t John Boehner’s problem to solve,” McConnell said. “He’s done this part. He’s bent over backwards. Mr. President, how about rallying your party around a solution? How about getting Democrats to support something?”
