UBS To Pay $1.5 Billion Over Libor Scandal

Swiss bank UBS on Wednesday agreed to pay $1.5 billion to settle accusations it rigged interest rates, Reuters reported. A Japanese unit of the bank also pleaded guilty to one count of U.S. fraud, according to the Wall Street Journal
