Secret Service agents arrested an unidentified man who allegedly hopped a barricade and approached Mitt Romney’s motorcade on Thursday as the former Republican nominee visited the White House.
Secret Service spokesman Max Milien told TPM the man was combative during an interview with an officer from the agency’s uniform division. He was arrested for unlawful entry and for allegedly assaulting an officer. Milien said he could not provide the man’s name and could not comment on his motivations.
