Romney: I’m Against New Gun Laws

Mitt Romney said he’s against implementing new gun laws and that he prefers other strategies for reducing fun violence. “I’m not in favor of new pieces of legislation on guns,” Romney said. Romney added that the country needs to enforce the gun laws we have and change “culture of violence.”

Romney said he agreed with President Obama’s idea that education can help curb violence among young people. Romney also called on parents and two-parent families to help raise children and steer them away from violence. 

Finally, Romney used the question to attack Obama over the Fast and Furious operation.
