Marisha Agana, a Republican running in Ohio’s 13th Congressional District, said Monday she was “sorry if I made a poor choice of analogy” when she said President Obama was like Hitler, Stalin and Mao.
Politico reports on the story, which popped up on the the Republican’s Twitter feed.
“History has a way of repeating itself: Stalin , Hitler, Mao Tse Tung and now Obama!!!” Agana tweeted Sunday.
On Monday, she tweeted an apology of sorts.
“@madest I am sorry if I made a poor choice of analogy but I was referring to his pro-abortion stance!” she wrote.
