Subpoenas have been sent out in connection to the law enforcement probe of 38 Studios, former MLB pitcher Curt Schilling’s now-bankrupt video game company.

The Providence Journal reports that Bank Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation have both received subpoenas for records. 38 Studios moved from Massachusetts to Rhode Island in 2010 in exchange for $75 million in guaranteed loans.
