Myanmar opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi will deliver her acceptance speech for the Nobel Peace Prize she was awarded nearly 21 years ago, reports the AP. Suu Kyi was placed under house arrest after becoming the head of the country’s pro-democracy movement, preventing her from going to Oslo to accept her award in 1991. Her speech is scheduled for June 16.
