Apple intends to fight the Justice Department’s e-books antitrust lawsuit in court, a lawyer for the company said in a hearing in Manhattan on Wednesday, Reuters reported. The Justice Department sued Apple and five major U.S. publishing companies for alleged price-fixing of e-books. The next hearing will take place in June.
