Mitt Romney, who is now slightly ahead of Rick Santorum in Michigan, said on Fox News Sunday that a win there and in Arizona would be “huge.” Romney predicted he would win both states, but also noted that it would be a significant accomplishment, setting the stage so that wins in those states will be considered significant for his campaign:
“I’m planning on winning here in Michigan and also in Arizona. Obviously, that will be huge for us, particularly having come from so far behind here in Michigan.”
