Mitt Romney may not have won the Iowa caucuses after all. A caucus site vote counter tells KCCI-TV in Des Moines that Romney was awarded 20 votes in the official reported count from Moulton, IA that he did not actually receive.

Edward True, who personally supports Ron Paul, tells KCCI that he helped count ballots at the 53-person precinct and wrote the totals down. Romney won 2 votes in the count he recorded, but 22 votes appear on the state GOP’s official count.

Romney officially won the caucuses by eight votes over Rick Santorum, meaning that if the discrepancy proves true, the results of the caucus would change.
