MANILA, Philippines (AP) — Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte warns Barack Obama not to question him about extrajudicial killings, or “son of a bitch I will swear at you” during an upcoming summit in Laos.

Obama says he’s asked staff to see if meeting with Philippine president would still be ‘productive’.
