They may be rivals on the campaign trail, but Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) is Team Ted Cruz when it comes to reports that House Speaker John Boehner called the Texas GOP senator a “jackass” at an event earlier this week.
“I think it’s just wrong,” Walker said on “The Hugh Hewitt Show” Friday, according to The Washington Examiner. “Even though I don’t know Senator Cruz as well as I know some of the governors, I’ve grown to know him and like him and admire him quite a bit out on the campaign trail.”
Earlier this week, attendees at a Wednesday fundraising event in Colorado told the Daily Caller that Boehner said he was happy that “that jackass,” referring to Cruz, was out of Washington while on the campaign trail.
Cruz tweeted out his thanks to Walker for defending him.
Thanks, @scottwalker Appreciate the kind words of support. http://t.co/fCRkb8NTUZ

Weak Sauce.
Two thoughts:
(1) Is Walker so used to giving blowjobs to his benefactors that he just can’t turn it off?
(2) Couldn’t this little tiff be settled with a three-way dual using semi-automatic freedom guns?
Scottie trying to stay relevant.
Hahaha, Walker gives his major ‘foreign policy’ speech (spoiler alert: foreign policy is really just about how Walker has experience getting yelled at by people in Wisconsin)… And now the media is going to just focus on what Walker thinks about what Boehner thinks about Cruz.
But Cruz calling McConnell a liar is ok? Joe Wilson calling President Obama is a liar is ok? Dick Cheney telling Sen. Leahy to go fck himself is ok? It’s amusing to see when Scotty “Koch Sucker/Marquette Ejected” Walker chooses to defend and when!*
