“The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah spent his first week in the anchor chair cracking jokes about his immigrant status, including asking New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) if his proposed visa tracking program was about him.
But on Thursday’s show, Noah gave “The Daily Show” an international flair by comparing Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump to recent Africa presidents who make claims just as outrageous as the American real estate mogul.
“There’s something about Trump that makes me feel at home,” Noah said before cutting to a clip of South African President Jacob Zuma saying that illegal immigrants were “bringing crime” to his country.
Following clips of Trump’s various claims on the campaign trail, Noah said they aren’t that ridiculous if you move continents.
“Was that factual? No, but was it presidential? Depends on where you come from,” Noah said. He then cut to a clip of the Gambian president claiming to cure AIDS with herbs and bananas.
“What I’m saying is Trump is presidential, he’s just running on the wrong continent,” Noah said.

The comparison had me to the point of tears with laughter.
The "Trump Lion" could be his symbol:
I can get behind that.
