Escape From New York: Sean Hannity Puts Home On The Market

Sean Hannity appears to be putting his exit strategy into action.

In the latest sign that the conservative pundit is preparing to move away from New York, Newsday reported Friday that Hannity’s Long Island home is on the market for a cool $3.6 million.

Hannity has been making plenty of noise lately about his desire to leave what he called the “United Socialist State of New York” in favor of Florida or Texas (he also said he’s open to running for office in either of the southern states).

After New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said last month that “extreme conservatives” are unlikely to succeed politically in the state, Hannity signaled that his move is imminent.

“I can’t wait to sell my house to somebody who wants it,” he said, while lashing out at Cuomo. “I can’t wait to pay no state income tax down in Florida or Texas.”
