The colorful chairman of the Travis County, Texas Republican Party donned a jester hat to protest Donald Trump at his Tuesday night rally before Trump confidant Roger Stone apparently had police remove him from the grounds.

Wearing a rainbow-colored hat and toting a large sign blaring “Trump is a child rapist,” Robert Morrow, whose election promise to promote “big titties” and off-color Twitter feed nearly imploded the local GOP in Texas’ fifth-largest county, yelled to passerby on the grounds outside Trump’s Austin rally that the GOP nominee has been accused of raping a young girl.

Roger Stone, an informal adviser to Trump, tweeted Tuesday evening that “Clinton quisling” Morrow was removed “at my direction.” Stone, who co-authored an anti-Clinton book with Morrow in 2015, did not respond to a request for comment from TPM.

Video of the episode posted online shows a man who identified himself as a member of Trump’s campaign staff telling Morrow, who repeatedly identified himself as the Travis County GOP chair, that he needed to leave the property. In response to heckling from attendees heading into the rally, Morrow replied that “you should always wear a jester’s hat” if you’re an elected official.

The staffer later returned with uniformed members of law enforcement to escort Morrow off the grounds. As the officer walked him out, Morrow continued to urge attendees to search out information about the rape allegation and spoke with members of local media.

Morrow confirmed to TPM that he was removed from the grounds and said he was also there to get the word out about his write-in campaign for President in Texas.

“I promise to promote boobyliciousness every day if elected, not just when I am campaigning,” he said in a direct message to TPM. “I want to start having bikini contests on the South Lawn of the White House and wet T-shirt contests every Fourth of July.”

A statement posted on the Travis County GOP’s website, which included information about Trump’s events in Austin, said that Morrow “does not represent the official stance” of the party.

Morrow was speaking about a lawsuit filed against Trump in federal court in Manhattan, in which a woman accused the billionaire of raping her at a party hosted by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein when she was 13. The credibility of the suit, which was essentially a re-do of an earlier suit that had been dismissed on procedural grounds in California, has been widely questioned. Trump’s lawyers told the Guardian the case is a “sham lawsuit brought by someone who desires to impact the presidential election.”
