Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s (R) political action committee is looking to literally profit off of the governor’s indictment.

With a $25 donation to RickPAC, supporters will receive a tee-shirt with Perry’s mugshot. The tees read, “WANTED (For securing the border and defeating Democrats).”

The back of the T-shirt features Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg. Perry was indicted for carrying out a threat to veto funding for the public integrity unit unless Lehmberg resigned following a drunk driving incident.

RickPAC raises funds to support “conservatives who will work to secure our nation’s border, reduce the debt for future generations, and – unlike so many in Washington – focus on achieving results.”

A spokesperson for Perry told the Wall Street Journal that the governor’s legal fees would be paid with campaign funds.

Perry has been using the indictment to bash Democrats for launching a political attack through the legal system. Before he entered the courthouse for his mugshot, Perry gave a fervent statement in which he vowed to “fight this injustice with every fiber of my being.”

Many legal experts say charges against Perry appear to be pretty weak, and the indictment may end up boosting the governor’s chances in 2016.
