President Barack Obama will deliver a statement on the Affordable Care Act on Tuesday at 4:15pm ET, the White House announced.

His remarks follow news that his signature legislative achievement, otherwise known as Obamacare, succeeded in enrolling 7 million Americans on the federal health insurance exchange.
