Host Larry Wilmore railed against former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s (R) claims that her son’s post-traumatic stress disorder contributed to his domestic violence arrest on Thursday’s episode of “The Nightly Show.”
“Excuse me, but you can’t just crawl out of your frozen igloo bullshit shack once every election cycle just so you can become nauseatingly relevant and spew recycled partisan crazy sauce all over everybody,” Wilmore said. “And then use an issue as serious as PTSD, let alone pimp out your own son and his problems. None of our soldiers deserve to have these problems become partisan issues.”
The White House said Thursday it takes health concerns of all military members seriously.
“Also, you’re saying Obama’s a terrible President, I’m saying you’re a horrible human,” Wilmore continued. “So, please, please, please, please, please, for the love of God, leave us the fuck alone. Just go, just go.”
