Megyn Kelly Is Going On Vacation After Igniting Donald Trump Feud

Megyn Kelly will be the first to tell you she’s had a busy week after locking horns with Donald Trump – so she’s taking a vacation.

In a clip from “The Kelly File” posted online, the Fox News host told viewers that she will be gone for the next week and a half, while she is spending time at the beach with her husband and kids.

“It’s been an interesting week and a long six months without a vacation for yours truly,” Kelly said.

The timing of the announcement raised more than a few eyebrows. After Kelly challenged the billionaire GOP candidate for his sexist comments about women during the first presidential debate, Trump’s remarked that Kelly must have had “blood coming out of her whatever.”

The remark caused a rift between the former reality TV star and the news network, and Kelly has said she will not apologize to Trump for doing “good journalism.”

Fox boss Roger Ailes reportedly stepped in to mend those ties – which included offering Trump screen time on Kelly’s namesake program – and Fox hosts have remained relatively quiet about the feud since.

  1. Wow, wait until it slips out she was TOLD to take a vacation by Ailes, likely at Murdock’s suggestion. Man, the monkey poo will be flyin’ over at Fox and other RW stations. Hahahahah!

  2. To spend more time with her family?
And poor Megyn…a whole 6 months without a paid vacay on a multi-million dollar salary. Is that a joke?
Try years without a vacation and piss-poor-pay like most Americans, you entitled POS.

  3. Why is she entitled? She worked her way up to where she is.

  4. I’m going to go out an a limb and suggest this is just the beginning. Ms. Kelly is in pretty good shape after all. FOX dare not boot her ( they say there is no war on women ) and she’d be snapped up quick by another station. I’ll bet she comes back in better shape than before or she walks…and moves on.
