Katrina Pierson, a spokeswoman for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, kept up the campaign’s criticisms on Wednesday of the way delegates were assigned in Colorado.
Pierson said on MSNBC that Trump has been “identifying the rigged part of the system.”
“What they have done is put in a pyramid scheme essentially to choose delegates,” Pierson said. “This is the party system choosing those delegates.”
Trump himself said Tuesday that the Republican National Committee should be “ashamed of themselves” for carrying out a “rigged” system.
Reince Priebus, RNC chairman, seemingly railed against Trump’s claims in a thinly-veiled tweet that stated that “it’s the responsibility of the campaigns to understand” the campaign process.

Not unlike Trump University.
Isn’t Katrina dating Ted Cruz?
Carson strikes again…
and if there is one thing the Donald knows is pyramid schemes…
and Carson agrees and chimes in… “Yeah, storing wheat should have nothing to do with the nominating process…”
Of course, she’s completely misunderstanding either what a pyramid scheme is or what actually happens in the Colorado process. Whatever you think of how the Colorado GOP selects delegates, it’s not a pyramid scheme.
These kinds of statements just compound the ignorance.
