The spokesman for a St. Louis police union said Thursday morning on “Fox & Friends” that the overnight shooting of two police officers at a protest in Ferguson, Missouri was exactly what protesters wanted.
The protesters “didn’t get what they wanted earlier” with the resignation of Ferguson’s police chief Wednesday, Jeff Roorda, a spokesman for the St. Louis Police Officers Association, said. “They got it late last night when they finally, successfully shot two police officers.”
“Dead cops, that’s what they want,” Roorda said. “Let’s not pretend like they wanted Tom Jackson’s resignation or that they’re still mad because Mayor Knowles is there. They want dead cops.”
“That was their goal all along, and that was their goal last night,” he added.

It’s frankly just plain bizarre how they WANT the protestors to condone the killing of cops. None of them have ever actually listened to anything a single protestor has said though and their public statements always make that obvious.
I take it from this statement that they’ve ID the shooters, and successfully tied them to the protesters then? If not I’d say this is just more evidence as to why the people in Ferguson don’t trust the police. To be a representative of the police and to go on television and blame an entire group, and present no evidence backing up your statements? Wow.

Roorda was a corrupt cop who was fired for being a lawbreaking corrupt cop, then he became head of the corrupt lawbreaking cop union.
