Jeb Bush came back swinging on Monday after Donald Trump hit him with video highlighting the former Florida governor’s April comment that undocumented immigrants enter the U.S. in “an act of love.”

Trump’s video displayed the mugshots of undocumented immigrants recently linked to murders and declared, “IT’S TIME TO GET TOUGH!”

In a memo published on Monday, Bush’s campaign hit Trump’s record on crime and his history supporting Democrats. Bush noted that Trump has expressed support for legalizing some illicit drugs, and that the real estate mogul has backed “soft-on-crime liberals” like Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY). The memo also displays a newspaper signed by Trump wishing House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) luck.

The statement touts Bush as “a successful conservative governor” who was “tough on crime.”
