A new candidate is making serious waves on the 2016 stage – and no, it’s not Donald Trump.
Deez Nuts may be an imaginary person, but he’s a real independent candidate for President after a 15-year-old from Iowa filed Nuts’ FEC forms.
Nuts is currently polling at 8 percent in Minnesota, 9 percent in North Carolina, and 7 percent in his home state of Iowa – giving local news organizations across the country the chance to cover the candidate’s campaign.

Just goes to show you that morons really do answer the phone when pollsters call.
It’s funny how the pollster who is doing this imagines that this is a sign that voters want a third party, all because 10% of people will select a joke candidate instead of a real one. But a third party that only gets 10% of the vote loses every time. Moreover, 10% of voters aren’t 100% of voters; so you use 10% as a sign of what “voters” want. As a pollster, he surely knows that. But he’s looking for something juicer, because elections are boring. But all this really shows is that 10% of the people who answer their phone when strangers call are stoned.
