Republican frontrunner Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski will be one of the billionaire’s delegates to this summer’s Republican National Convention, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

Lewandowski, who was accused last week of manhandling a female reporter, was on a list of 11 New Hampshire delegates and their alternates that the Trump campaign turned over in late February, according to the Times. His signature also appears on the letter to the New Hampshire secretary of state.

The campaign manager is a New Hampshire resident. Before joining Trump’s campaign, Lewandowski led East Coast operations at Americans for Prosperity, a Koch brothers-backed conservative advocacy group.

While Lewandowski is permitted to serve as a delegate under the state’s rules, opponents plotting against Trump view the convention as their last chance to stop him from securing the nomination and have raised the possibility of a brokered convention.

  1. Promises to be a gripping, no holds barred convention. Yup, when push comes to shove it will be a bruising contest with lots of strong-arming.

  3. Someone was asking on social media yesterday when the Kochs would get behind Trump. Apparently they’ve been there all along.
