Bill Maher said on Tuesday night’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is the most dangerous Republican presidential candidate because Cruz is “smart,” “evil” and “diabolical.”
“Ted Cruz is always the worst,” Maher said. “I said it because he is. He’s smart and evil. The other ones are true dummies, like Rubio. You know, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, he just says the words.”
Maher called himself a “true cynic” for his views.
“Ted Cruz is diabolical. He’s smart,” he said. “He’s smart, but he knows what to say to his dummy base that they will believe.”
