President Barack Obama said on Tuesday he could win a third term if he ran again. But, he noted, the Constitution won’t let him.

“I actually think I’m a pretty good President. I think if I ran, I could win. I can’t,” Obama said in his speech to the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on the last day of his trip to the continent.

Obama is the first sitting U.S. President to visit Ethiopia. During his trip there, he has advocated for gay rights in Africa and reforming the continent’s counterterrorism policies.

Watch a clip of Obama’s comment, from the Washington Free Beacon:

Correction: This post has been updated to show that Obama was the first sitting President to visit Ethiopia.
