The Trumps want their hotel sold — soon. It was only October when the President’s business told the Wall Street Journal that it was putting its landmark Washington, D.C. hotel up for sale. A few days ago, a D.C. real-estate developer and potential buyer trashed the $500 million asking price, noting that the hotel sits on landed rented from the government and commenting, “I think he has to sell before he gets out of office, because it’s not going to get better.”
