Hillary Clinton comes out of the second presidential debate two points ahead in North Carolina, according to a new poll from Suffolk University.

Clinton led Donald Trump by two points, 45-43, with Libertarian Gary Johnson polling at 5 percent.

The Suffolk poll was conducted in the three days following the second debate, and after the Washington Post released video capturing vulgar comments about women made by the businessman.

This latest poll shows a gain for Clinton since Suffolk University last polled North Carolina in early September. In that poll, Trump led by three points, 44-41, with 4 percent voting for Johnson.

The Suffolk University poll was conducted Oct. 10-12 via live telephone interview among 500 likely North Carolina voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.4 percent.

TPM’s PollTracker Average for the general election in North Carolina shows Clinton leading Trump, 45.6 to 43.1.
