After a week of negative news for Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton’s lead remained unchanged nationally, at 7 points, in the latest Ipsos/Reuters tracking poll release.
The latest installment of the tracking poll was conducted over five days, beginning the day before the Washington Post’s release of a tape showing Trump’s crude comments about women and ending the day after the second presidential debate.
Clinton leads the head-to-head match, 44-37, among likely voters nationwide.
She maintains the same lead, 44-37, in a race including third-party candidates, with Libertarian Gary Johnson following at 6 percent and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 2 percent.

The Ipsos/Reuters tracking poll was conducted online from Oct. 6-10 among 2,363 likely voters nationally, with a margin of error of plus or minus 2.3 percent.
TPM’s PollTracker Average for the national general election shows Clinton leading Trump, 48.1 to 39.7.
The PDF you link to says seven points, but the Reuters article says it’s an eight point lead.
Also, it has Hillary Clinton’s approvals are at 50-50, where it’s been in their poll for a week or so.
