During his first interview since the redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report was released last week, President Trump happily ripped a page from his son’s “coup” book.
While discussing the origins of the Mueller probe — which he and fellow Republicans have demanded an investigation into — with his best friend and Fox News host Sean Hannity, Trump called the investigation a “coup” and the “greatest political scandal” in history, even greater than Watergate.
“This was a coup. This was an attempted overthrow of the United States government,” he said. “The greatest political scandal in the history of our country. Again, bigger than Watergate. Because it means so much this was a coup. This wasn’t stealing information from an office in the Watergate apartments. This was an attempted coup.”
His son, Donald Trump Jr., characterized the probe similarly in an op-ed in Breitbart earlier this week, saying that Democrats knew all along that there was apparently no evidence of collusion and just wanted an excuse to get rid of Trump.

Has he realized that government includes more than just the WH?
Fact is that this a greater political scandal than Watergate. Fact is that Donnie Moscow is a bigger crook than Nixon.
Coo coo coo coup!
Soooooo, if Pence became President after Trump was removed - that’s a coup? Speaks volumes about what he thinks of Pence.
It was a coupe. An attempted overthrow of the sedans.
