As President Donald Trump stews in anger about Bob Woodward’s White House memoir “Fear,” he is leading the charge to sniff out who gave Woodward information for the book, according to a Wednesday CNN report.

Per CNN’s sources, Trump is measuring people’s innocence by how vigorously they denounce Woodward’s reporting as untrue.

At this point, chief of staff John Kelly and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis are in his favor, per CNN. Former national security adviser H.R. McMaster and former economic adviser Gary Cohen are reportedly objects of his suspicion.

Trump’s witch hunt through the White House is apparently part of the White House’s last-minute, scrambling PR plan. “You don’t discredit Bob Woodward. You discredit the motives of the people,” a source told CNN.
