The Pentagon will shift $1.5 billion from programs including ballistic missile development and surveillance plane upkeep to fund President Donald Trump’s border wall, according to the Washington Post.

Congressional Democrats are accusing the administration of circumventing congressional approval with the internal fund shifting.

The Defense Department insists that any reallocated funds will not negatively affect military readiness.

I think hearings with little kids getting no schools on military bases, no new heatlh care facilities, etc. for this wall ought to make Republicans a little nervous.
