A bill to ban abortions at the eighth week of pregnancy has officially passed out of both chambers of the Missouri statehouse and is headed to the desk of Gov. Mike Parson (R), who is expected to sign it.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the bill passed in the House by a vote of 110 to 44. It passed in the Senate earlier this week.

Missouri’s bill is just the latest in the effort to force legislation up the legal ladder to the Supreme Court, where anti-abortion activists hope the conservative majority will seize the opportunity to defang or overturn Roe v. Wade.

Here’s TPM’s state-by-state analysis of these laws’ path to the Supreme Court.
