FBI officials intercepted two suspicious packages at two separate mail facilities in Delaware, CNN reported.

Both packages were reportedly addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden. The packages contained the same potential pipe bombs that were sent to eight other people and media organizations in the past few days, the majority of which were recovered throughout the day Wednesday, NBC News reported.

The Clintons and the Obamas had packages sent to their homes, and CNN’s New York City office evacuated when an explosive was found in their mailroom on Wednesday. Other packages have been sent to newspapers, Democratic politicians and donors in recent days, including one that was recovered inside actor Robert De Niro’s Manhattan apartment building on Thursday morning.

  1. And they say old- fashioned mail is outdated ?

  2. CNN just showed the package to Biden. It was sent with 75¢ Postage Due. Classless bastard!

BTW I heard a bomb expert yesterday say the FBI has lifted fingerprints off of exploded bombs. Wow!

  3. If this is an attempt to really kill people, it’s failing and the apparent ineptness of the bomb-maker is fortunate - so far.

If it’s an attempt to intimidate people and the media from speaking out and reporting the truth, then let’s hope that fails, too.

    Viva la resistance!

  4. Only if they have written permission to look.

  5. I have a hunch we’ll see an arrest in a few days. This has got to be one of the biggest red-ball cases since JFK was shot. And you can’t take nine packages to the post office without a ton of evidence being created. Obviously they can track everything back to where it came from and go from there, they can look at social media for hints, they can do all that crazy forensic stuff with a certain kind of ragweed pollen only found in such a place, all that. Three, four days.
