Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Wednesday took a detour during his opening remarks before Attorney General Bill Barr’s testimony to the committee to complain about Hillary Clinton and a perceived anti-Trump bias among some FBI officials.
