“Fox and Friends” accidentally aired a graphic Monday stating falsely that Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is dead.

The hosts apologized later in the show, blaming the mistake on a “technical error in the control room.”

Ginsburg recently cancelled two speaking events while she recovers from surgery to remove cancerous nodules from her lungs. Though she missed some oral arguments, she is expected to return to the bench.

  4. Seeing that image on the front page of TPM freaked me out for a second, before I read the actual headline. Might want to rethink how you present that, gang.

“She said, ‘Of course, I’d love to be a Lego figure. That would be cool,’” Mr Mitchell says.
