Last night, Stephen Colbert was concerned about footage that has recently surfaced that raises questions about what President Obama was doing in the summer of 1993. The footage in question is the music video for the 90’s rap hit “Woomp! There It Is” by Tag Team, which features an extra who looks suspiciously like the President.
Colbert said that the only way to make this story go away is for Obama to “order the state of Hawaii to release his official government rap certificate.”
