Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) appeared on Late Night with David Letterman yesterday to read a top ten list: “Top Ten Questions Rod Blagojevich Asked Himself Before Appearing On ‘Celebrity Apprentice.'”
No. 8: “Should I bring my attorney?”
No. 2: “How come I’m not a governor and Paterson is?”

Blagojevich was thrown out as governor over allegations that he tried to sell President Obama’s former Senate seat, and he remains under indictment. In the meantime, he is appearing as a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice.
