White House: ‘Big’ Fiscal Cliff Deal Is Still Possible

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Thursday the Obama administration still believes a “big” fiscal cliff deal is possible. If Republicans agree to raise tax rates on the wealthiest Americans, “we can reach a deal fairly quickly,” Carney said.
