President Barack Obama is expected to address a number of issues, including U.S.-Cuban relations and the cyberattack on Sony Pictures, in a year-end press conference Friday.
The President is expected to speak at 1:30 p.m ET. Watch below via NBC News.
Politico asks the first question.
Its about the Sony hacking.
BTW, thought the first question is supposed to go to the wire service.
Can’t believe after all the Prez. just listed as positive that’s happened in the last year, this is the biggest thing this journo can come up with. I know they want to pin the hacking on government, but the truth is this was a corporate blunder to not invest and secure their shit.

Next question: Tax Reform.
Are you hopeful?
Uh, yah.
Will it happen with this Congress?
Not likely.
Corporate Inversions?
That needs fixing per Obama.
That’s not gonna happen either with this Congress.
Shout out for infrastructure.
Again, I don’t see that happening either unless another bridge falls down and kills a ton of people.
Even then, don’t count on funding for infrastructure.
Republicans are dead set against funding anything that makes government serve the commons. They’re still too busy shrinking the gov’t in the bathtub.
Some question on Cuba.
How hopeful are you type of question.
Duh.
Sorry if my commenting bothers anyone. No one else seems interested in blow by blow.
Next question…the woman is frankly all over the fucking place on Cuba. Counted at least four questions in one on the subject.
Wing it Mr. President.
Something, something overall about assurances from the Cuban leader about the normalization.
President Obama: Sometimes shit happens. But also sometimes things change…and for the better.
