Police arrested a Brooklyn man on Tuesday after the civilian allegedly pointed his iPhone at two cops like a gun to show his friends “how easy it would be” to kill them.
“I absolutely thought we were dead,” one of the officers told television station PIX11.
The suspect, Unique Johnson, had pulled up near a police car at a traffic light. Police said Johnson later told them he had pointed his iPhone at cops to show his fellow passengers how easy it would be to kill the officers, according to the TV station.
Police said Johnson made a fake shooting motion before driving away. They subsequently pulled him over and arrested him on suspicion of menacing a police officer, harassment, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license, according to PIX11.

I doubt any charges will stick. Just cops arresting somebody for not respecting their Authoritay!

Just think, if only the crude dudes whistling and cat calling women on the street could be picked up on these charges. There’d be no room whatsoever in our jails, but it’s just as legitimate or more so than this move.
