Source: Santorum Called Romney To Concede

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — There’ll be no repeat of Florida in Michigan Tuesday night: A source tells TPM that Rick Santorum called Mitt Romney to congratulate him on his win here. Newt Gingrich has notoriously refused to call Romney after Romney beat him handily in Florida, saying later that Romney’s tactics in the state did not deserve congratulations.
