Sen. Mike Crapo To Appear In Court On DWI Charge

Sen. Mike Crapo (R-ID) is scheduled to appear 9 a.m. ET Friday at a Virginia court for an arraignment on a drunken driving charge. 

Crapo was arrested on Dec. 23 after failing field sobriety tests. According to the Associated Press, Crapo registered a 0.11 blood alcohol level when he was pulled over. He later blew 0.14 during a second test at the jail.
