Romney Would Not Favor Santorum’s Plan To Zero Out Taxes For Manufacturers

Asked on CNN’s morning show whether he would support Rick Santorum’s plan to bring manufacturers’ corporate tax rate down to zero and preserve manufacturing jobs, Romney said no. He said he wants to stimulate all sectors of the economy without favoring any one in particular.
