Romney Says He Came Up With Ryan-Wyden Plan

Talking to folks in Iowa Friday, Romney praised the new Ryan-Wyden Medicare plan proposed this week, saying he came up with the same plan last month:

I’m kind of proud of [Ryan-Wyden] because it was an idea that I came up with about a month ago.
