Fox News’ Megyn Kelly interviewed the GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney and pressed him on Newt Gingrich’s angry accusations that he’s lying about the extent of his involvement with the Super PAC that’s unleashed attack ads on the former House Speaker across Iowa.

“Why do you think he’s angry?” Kelly asked.

“I’m not going to psychoanalyze the speaker,” replied Romney.

Kelly raised the issue of how many of the Romney-supporting PAC’s staffers are former employees of the man himself. Romney continued to disavow any pre-knowledge of their responsibilities or responsibility for reining them in.

“Under the law I can’t coordinate with them. I hope they do things that are accurate. If they do something wrong then shame on them… I can’t control them. I just hope they do the right thing.”

Romney continued, “If you can’t stand this small kitchen then wait until the hell’s kitchen that’ll come when taking on Barack Obama. He’s going to have a billion dollars.”
