TAMPA, Fla. — A major theme of the first primetime night of the Republican National Convention here is the out-of-context “you didn’t built that” attack on Obama that Mitt Romney and the GOP have been using for weeks. Before the major speeches started, convention staff handed out pre-made “We Built It” signs to delegates on the convention floor. Some of them appeared to mimic homemade signs.
