RNC Effectively Cancels Monday Convention Activity

Reince Priebus, chairman of the RNC, told reporters on a conference call Saturday evening that the Republican National Convention will convene on Monday Aug. 27, but will immediately recess until Tuesday afternoon because of the threat of severe weather.
